This class opened and expanded my creative expression. It felt like I was painting from a much deeper and more authentic place than ever before. Over the past two years my painting, for the most part, had become a drudgery…..it left me feeling drained and depressed. This class turned that completely around. Now I paint with joy. I have never loved painting more and I have never painted such authentic and gorgeous work…

I really liked the non-judgemental atmosphere you created for us….the first exercise really helped me to let go and loosen up. Thanks for coming to Mayne Island!
I thought it was an outstanding workshop. ….this has given me such a boost to stay true to my heart, my passion in following and trusting the creative process. I am excited about further adventures in art! Thank you Caroline for sharing in such a special way what you have learned and experienced.
The whole course was very posotive for me –especially moving through the difficult times when stuck or blocked.
You did an amazing job of creating a safe and non-judgemental environment for me to free fall. I feel truly blessed to have shared so…with a roomful of people who seemed genuinely interested and caring in hearing about my process painting experience unfold.
What to improve? Funny question really. After receiving such a wonderful, intense and dense (as in deep) gift it seems odd to look for flaws….Like any good gift of joy, time or freedom –the only thing wrong with it is that it ends…
I feel less inhibited and will work to maintain an attitude of spontaneous joy in everyday. Thank-you for contributing to that state of mind.
I would recommend this class to anyone who wanted a deeper connection with their creative selves. It was an amazing experience for me.
….the course was wonderful. I was able to let go of a sense I have had for probably fifty years or so, that I cannot paint. How freeing that was!!!! This….aspect was truly a breakthrough, and I know its something I can and will continue to enjoy always.
…the whole experience, has changed my life in ways that are just unfolding. About my art practice,…my sense is that the bud has just received the sunshine it needed to bloom.
....I wanted to thank you for the process painting course...it has changed me and been an amazing catalyst for my work. I recently won one of the Herbert Siebner awards for a painting I did as a direct result of the course..... I would not have done that painting without it!
Thank you Caroline, for the gift of your time, patience, and talents. I feel like I have spent a lifetime separating from that core place of true, authentic expression, creativity, and love. Your workshop was and is an essential piece on my personal path to discovery, self-expression, and reconnecting with the people and things that matter most. What a delight and gift to experience your workshop, and to be a student of that creative font from which we all flow. You have created a perfect container for healing, self expression, and the pure joy of being alive. What could be better!
